Finding Rest During the Christmas Season

Choosing to find time to rest during the Christmas season can be difficult. The to-do list seems like a mile long, the holiday hustle and bustle is non-stop and the calendar is full of countless activities. But the need to rest doesn’t stop simply because it’s Christmas time.
